Positive outlook

Pros

Good camaraderie within the production staff, long hours but equalled with more time off during the week

Cons

Office management largely don't have or seem to have a clue of how to get the factory operating to peak efficiency. Mostly blow budgets on posters, whiteboards, equipment that isn't required. Ask for more with equipment that is failing and blame the operators and shift management if targets are not met. They know all about the issues with the equipment, but because it will cost so much to repair, they decide not to spend the money. Career movement is sluggish and slow
