- Vanna's mission is amazing. SMI is a huge problem in America, and it feels amazing to have the opportunity to get to work towards solving this problem - Work life balance and employee wellbeing is incredibly important, and unlimited PTO is actually used and encouraged - Management is very receptive to feedback and employee opinions are valuedCons
- Tech moves very slow for a startup at Vanna's stage. Technical decisions take forever to make and requirements are slow to be gathered - There has been a pretty high level of leadership churn
