While equality has always been a fundamental pillar of vCom, we recognize that we can do more. We are committed to continually evolving toward greater Diversity & Inclusion, and as such, we have commenced the following initiatives:

• We have established the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee whose charter is to foster, encourage, and support an inclusive workplace for all employees and promote programs that address the needs of our community. 
• Together with our employees, we contributed significantly to the Justice and Equality Fund organized by GoFundMe.
• We are establishing a grant program that provides company-sponsored grants to diverse local small businesses.
• Through our 15 year partnership with Junior Achievement, we will continue to promote education programs at local schools supporting underprivileged children in our community.
• We are establishing the "IT gives back" program that provides refurbished IT equipment and services to local schools in under-served communities.
• We are establishing a scholarship program that provides company-sponsored scholarships and opportunities to qualified applicants of color.
• vCom's CEO, Gary Storm, have joined other CEO's in signing the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge.

We believe that our differences make us stronger and our diversity—in all its forms—makes our families, teams, companies, and country better.
