Pros

-culture is amazing even as a global company with lots of fun internal perks such as Veson Olympics, office lunches, mental health speakers, internal committee's to join, etc. -benefits are INCREDIBLE! with stipends for working remotely (setting up home office) and commuter stipends to pay for parking or transportation to the office, lots of fun swag, generous fitness/wellness stipend, 16 week paid parental leave (for both fathers and mothers), 401k match, annual bonus, etc.

Cons

-sometimes it can be hard to work for a global company when you have many different time zones and need or want to have meetings with teammates all together. But I think that it just shows the diversity Veson has for finding really good talent all over the world!
