Medical, Dental, and Vision

Vestmark offers exceptional medical, dental and vision programs including Blue Cross/Blue Shield standard PPO plan or a PPO with HSA option which includes a company contribution towards HSA savings. 90% of the medical premium is paid by Vestmark.

Generous PTO

Vestmark employees receive between 15 and 25 days per year of paid time off based on years of service in addition to receiving 10 days per year of paid sick leave.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Vestmark employees can contribute annually to health care and dependent care FSAs.

401(k) with Employer Matching

Vestmark matches employees’ pre-tax and Roth 401(k) contributions at a rate of 50% of the first 8% contributed, up to an annual maximum. Employer matching funds have a 2-year vesting schedule.

Company Equity

Vestmark also offers additional compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our RSUs are issued through a vesting and distribution schedule after achieving required milestones.

Match Charitable Contributions

Vestmark is very proud of our Charitable Giving Program. We will match up to $250 annually to an approved charity of our employee's choice.

Vestmark has a long history of supporting learning through our internship program. Many of our teams regularly hire interns in an effort to provide education and real-world training to the next generation of fintech visionaries! We're proud of the fact that many interns return to accept full-time positions when they graduate.

Our interns are university students and recent graduates who want to gain real-world experience in the FinTech industry. Through our paid internship and co-op programs, we provide students with a dedicated role within a team where they can make a lasting impact while they are here. Our interns serve in numerous departments, including Engineering, Production Support, Marketing, and Human Resources.

Many of our interns return to intern with us again, and several join us full-time after graduation. They start on day one already knowing our culture and how we work, making it easy to transition from student to workforce.
