The tech is solid and our growth is accelerating. Highly collaborative cross functional teams with a lot of opportunity to grow and learn on the fly. The culture is that of HIGH WORK ETHIC and trust, you have the opportunity to influence virtually any part of the organization if you're will to put in the effort. You're surrounded with high caliber individuals who are all striving towards success and bettering each other.

Cons

This is a learn how to fly, on the fly type of environment. If you don't like being challenged to do better and if you're happy with just doing the bare minimum, you will fall behind.
