Vibes’ dedicated council of team members from all different backgrounds and experiences lead our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. The mission of the council is to ensure every team member feels included at work through dialogues, trainings, volunteer and education opportunities, and more. Vibes also hosts inclusive webinars, education series, panels, and supportive Slack channels for employees to build bonds through shared experiences and continued learning.

Vibes strives to be actively anti-racist and requires all team members to participate in ongoing bias training and discussion forums. Through employee-sponsored book clubs and podcast groups, team members have ample opportunity to continue their personal education.

Acknowledging the challenges marginalized communities face, Vibes participates in Juneteenth and Indigenous Peoples Day. We empower our team members to use these days for learning, with discussion groups and recommended resources to effectively work to make their communities more inclusive. Additional action includes our annual Volunteer Day and Spark mentorships.
