Pros

Competitive pay for level of experience. The only company I’ve worked for that considers the career progression of motion designers. Lots of great, talented people and interesting clients.

Cons

If you don’t like the quick turnaround advertising grind, this probably isn’t the company for you, although the level of organization in process Vidsy-side is unmatched.
