Diversity and Inclusion Council

We’re proud of the diverseand talented team we’ve built, but we’re always looking for ways to do more. That’s why we’ve established our Diversity Council, a representative group of executives, senior leaders and associates dedicated to enabling and championing our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

(DIB) initiatives throughout the organization. This forum serves as a vehicle to increase the awareness and impact of DIB initiatives, as well as encourage leaders to make
DIB part of their responsibility.

Associate Resource Groups

We want every associate to show up authentically. Our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are key partners, helping us create and nurture a culture of inclusion and belonging. Be it a candid conversation, a developmental workshop, mentoring or just plain fun; Vistar ARGs help us
connect, learn and grow with our diverse associate communities. Ask your Human Resources Representative for a list of Vistar ARGs and information on how to get involved.

Associate Feedback

Building a diverse, inclusive, high-performing and engaged workforce begins with listening –understanding our associates and their experiences. We leverage tools like surveys and listening sessions to go below the surface to find out what’s working and what’s not. Surveys gather broad information on a variety of topics, but they only tell one part of the story. When surveys are combined with listening sessions and other workforce data, we can dig deep to uncover and address gaps in our
associates’ experience.

True leaders never stop learning

Leadership Development

We offer engaging leadership training and development programs helping you to continue growing as a PFG leader. PFG’s Center for Learning, Leadership Academy is a collection of best-in-class learning opportunities that help associates at all levels build their leadership capabilities throughout their
career journey. We believe leadership development is a long-term investment in our people and our organization. For associates with qualifying roles and career transitions, you’ll have access to our
E3 Leadership Development Program that will set you up for success in your first leadership role and will continue to provide you with opportunities as you continue on your leadership path.
