We want every associate to show up authentically. Our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are key partners, helping us create and nurture a culture of inclusion and belonging. Be it a candid conversation, a developmental workshop, mentoring or just plain fun; Vistar ARGs help us
connect, learn and grow with our diverse associate communities. Ask your Human Resources Representative for a list of Vistar ARGs and information on how to get involved.

Building a diverse, inclusive, high-performing and engaged workforce begins with listening –understanding our associates and their experiences. We leverage tools like surveys and listening sessions to go below the surface to find out what’s working and what’s not. Surveys gather broad information on a variety of topics, but they only tell one part of the story. When surveys are combined with listening sessions and other workforce data, we can dig deep to uncover and address gaps in our
associates’ experience.
