VOX Global, like any company, has been tested by the events of the last few years. And while it isn't perfect, I have appreciated the work the firm has done to modernize the culture, enhance DEI and break old habits. The work is enjoyably challenging and we get to work on some of the best clients in town. Additionally, the benefits, including healthy annual bonuses (at every level of the firm), are pretty solid. I have received great opportunities to grow at the firm, as have my colleagues. Also, my colleagues are the best people in the business. VOX Global has a supportive culture where people look out for each other. We speak openly with each other and run to the fire as a team. The result: fantastic client work. I would highly recommend VOX as a place to work.Cons
Again, I never run out of great things to say about VOX, but we could always do a better job with internal communication. The firm has grown a ton over the last five years, and we are still figuring out how to effectively communicate to a larger team.
