Great place to start your career

3/16/2023 - Production Engineer at Albany, OR

Pros

You're given high-impact projects and will learn the industry at a fast pace. The team is small so you do not fade into the background. The work was fulfilling.

Cons

The expectations assigned to me as an an entry-level engineer were unusually high. Work-life balance was definitely compromised at times. The corporate ladder was not clear to me, I have no idea what I'd be doing had I planted roots and stayed on for five+ more years.
