Wagmo is the type of company I have always wanted to work for but had not yet found. If you’re looking for a place where you are fully accepted, opinions are valued, there is true work life balance, and you learn everyday Wagmo is the place for you. The team is incredible, hard-working, honest, extremely communicative, and always open to feedback. It all sounded almost too good to be true while I was interviewing, but I took the leap and I am so glad I did. The team is diverse, but every person is warm, smart, and incredibly hard working. I’ve worked at other start ups and while Wagmo is still very early and in hyper growth, it’s incredibly organized for the stage it’s in and I credit that to amazing leadership and a fantastic, happy team. If you want to enjoy your work, learn, and have a lot of autonomy while owning your stuff this is an amazing place to be.Cons
Things move quickly and you’re often learning while doing since we’re building something new so it’s important to be comfortable in the ambiguity that can come with that.
