Pros
Some people are lucky enough to get more annual leave than othersCons
Where to start- the Gloucester office is riddled with rats and management are slow to react, the office stinks of death. Poor facilities and outdated equipment. No atmosphere and a general manager that has absolutely zero respect for their staff, claims to “be on our side” but then goes on at how poor the performance is, and bows down to senior managers when the smallest thing goes wrong. No recognition, any attempts to try from management are poor and unfair. If you do get any recognition, it feels forced, you might even get treated with a backhanded compliment by the GM. Things are promised but never acted on. “Fast paced” because ‘they’ change the processes every other week, and it is never communicated properly, if at all. No consistent training processes. Team leaders are stretched far too thin to manage effectively. No idea who is on the hr team, or where to find them, otherwise this would be taken up with them. We have recently appointed a new CEO, and I am keen to see what changes he implements.“Investors in People” Certificate Silver, Investors in People Awards, 2022 Armed Forces Covenant - Silver Award, The Armed Forces Covenant, 2022
