Pros

I've been with Web for nearly 13 years, and I continue to be impressed by how well they handle growth in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. They "walk the walk" with respect to employee engagement and satisfaction. When they say "happy employees make happy clients," they actually mean it. Employees are supported and empowered to do whatever it takes to help members truly manage their benefits and understand their claims. Accountability is promoted throughout the organization, as is recognition for good results, creating a culture where you can feel good about the work that you do and really feel like you're making a difference.

Cons

Growing fast, bringing on clients with very unique needs, but I'm hopeful they'll continue to manage the growth effectively!

We thrive on finding solutions that fit our client's unique business requirements, demographics, and strategies. While these would be "one-off" requirements for traditional carriers, they are what make our customers the trailblazers. We work in out-of-the-box ways to meet our customer's needs. 

Professional Development

We have a company-sponsored, Mentor-guided, and Mentee-driven voluntary program for high potential employees of WebTPA who wish to grow in their careers by receiving exposure to broader company and industry perspectives. Our Mentoring program is a learning and development partnership in which a typically more senior employee who is not the Mentee’s manager (the “Mentor”) facilitates the development of another (the “Mentee”) by sharing known resources, expertise, values, skills, perspectives, attitudes and proficiencies.
