Exciting business and good people that give you exposure to all facets of private aviation from Aircraft Sales, Charter, FBO, Maintenance, Parts. . . if you love aviation it is a great place to learn and grow into a long term career.

Cons

The job market and cost of living has been challenging, especially during a time of growth and high demand for our services at Western. It has been difficult to balance our opportunities with our priorities, which does lead to some stress.
