Mission:

We will create opportunities for the women of Westlake to strengthen business relationships, grow professionally and personally, and build successful careers at Westlake.

Professional Development Organization (PDO)

The Lake Charles Professional Development Organization provides the opportunity for young professionals at the Lake Charles plants to be involved in activities to assist in their development professionally, as well as increasing their networking opportunities and community involvement.

Participants will have opportunities to interact with senior managers, current program members and program alumni.  The hands-on experience is both challenging and rewarding, and provides the potential for valuable reinforcement to support career aspirations.
