Pros

Joining Windfall involved a whole career change for me - I had never worked at a startup or even a tech company before. After a couple of years, I'm confident it was the right decision. Working at Windfall has not been easy, but it has been hugely rewarding. I've been fortunate to get to grow with the company, learn the products at a very deep level, and get promoted to lead a team of my own since I joined. I'm continually impressed by the caliber of the people I work with here and the quality of the products we're building. It's a really impressive company, overall and I'm excited about its trajectory.

Cons

Pretty much what everyone else has said - working here is demanding and not for the faint of heart. You'll need to be ready to put in extra hours on short notice if you want to really thrive here. Our product lineup can get pretty technically complex and there's a ton you'll need to learn in order to get comfortable with it. Once you get it figured out, though, it's easy to understand why customers love it. It can be tough to get time with leadership. Everyone's intensely busy and every manager is also an individual contributor. When you do, you really need to make that time count.
