Given Wintermute's wide ranging roles in the market, there are endless opportunities to innovate, create, and engage in all parts of the digital asset ecosystem. Expect to work hard, be challenged, and be given the opportunity to make a real impact through your work. Need to be a self-starter to succeed here but if you are the sky is the limit. The caliber and quality of the people here is second to none.
