I worked with some of the smartest, nicest and most talented people I have met in my career. Mission is cool though unlikely to work because of the CEO.Cons
Horrible culture with an unprofessional founder/CEO. Don’t be fooled by his story. He prevents everyone from doing their job by micromanaging down to the last detail and firing anyone who doesn’t agree with him. People try because they believe in the mission but can’t get any work done because they have to put up with the CEO. He will be the reason withco fails but he will probably blame it on someone or something else.
