Product roadmap is created in a black box with little re-validation of what the customer facing teams actually asked for; probably a case study in worst practice. Product also focuses very little on what workers want and it's evident in the lack of parity on features and programs vs Instawork. Tech team development is also pretty slow; unlike modern best practices of release fast and iterate on the bare bones MVP, it's more like spend a long time building and then realize it's not exactly what the market needed.Similar companies to Wonolo
