Pros

Work is remote without managers over your shoulder, as long as you do your job. They care about you and a call to anyone be it the president, to your manager, they will take the time to talk and answer questions. Really it takes a special person at this company advancement due to remote access and such leaves little for advancement to far up the chain. That is fine if you like new places every day, new people, and travelling.

Cons

The only downside would be on call. Having to carry a phone around and being within so much distance during your on-call status is frustrating at times.
