Pros
Best employer I've worked for, for many reasons. A few highlights: - Flexibility is great - Work/life balance definitely exists but you have to actively manage it - A lot of career development opportunities - Fun start-up quirks and perks/benefits - Interesting product - Smart, friendly people - Great programming (parties, lunches, employee resource groups, all-hands, etc.)Cons
Vibes were high for a very long time and now that the company has hit a period of uncertainty (as many others have), it's easy for people to use Glassdoor to vent. All things considered, there really aren't any major cons, the experience is what you make of it.
