Pros
Since my interview process that I knew YLD was different. They were really thoughtful about my personal conditions at the time and accommodated themselves to the interview process. YLD is not the ordinary consultancy company, nor is it an agency. From all the clients I have been so far, YLD makes a real effort to help the client achieve their goals being that in a tech/architecture matter but also in methodologies, and other areas of engagement, this makes them (and us) grow at the same time, I really feel I also have grown a lot professionally as I've worked with a variety of culture and amazing people that are brilliant but also care about the team, and sharing knowledge. This is something I've never felt before. I have the space and confidence to ask people inside YLD about their opinion on something, without being treated as someone that should know it. I've made really good friendship as well and ever since i've been challenged and taken out of my comfort zone to expand my knowledge.Cons
I don't consider this a con but we must be clear on one thing, not all clients are our dream job or tech delight. I see this as a way to learn and open my eyes to other ways to solve what can be "the same problem" from client to client. Which very often is not the case, and YLD adapts very well to this.Hired's 2022 List of Top Employers Winning Tech Talent, Hired.com, 2022
