Zafin is a fast growing company, with all the benefits that brings along! I'm in a very entrepreneurial team where we are highly praised by senior management. I feel like I am valued and the culture is very positive - as a whole, the company strives to constantly improve. It is a company where you can learn a lot and have constant exposure to financial institution's knowledge and trends at a global level.

Cons

As a fast growing company, some of the pain points include that there are always new people getting hired, which can some times feel hard to navigate. Because it is not a startup anymore, there are some bureaucracies too, but nothing too extravagant
