Fast Growing & stable company. Remains successful despite the current pandemic Diversity & Inclusion is a priority and not just for show. Externally they are donating money and providing scholarships to minority communities & internally they are making plans to increase diversity in all areas Great company culture. You are free to bring your whole self to work Lots of company perks- company swag, free lunches from Ubereats etc Very understanding and caring. Will not force anyone to go back into the office till pandemic is over Lots of room for growth if you work hard Amazing HR support. Current HR director creates a safe environment to discuss any issues and will support employees through anything
