They do not respect employees. Managers only care about showing how good they are in order to make a carrier; they easily require you to work on projects but they will use your work to behave as they dit it all and take the credit of that. Bootlickers are promoted while working extremely less than serious workers, who are not respected for being polites and are constantly rewarded with more work while dishonest employees are getting salarie increase. You are obliged to be constantly flexible all the time but the company is not at all with employess even if they have real serious problems You will have to see how everyday your boss is reminding you tge rules to follow without of course leading by example; you need to go 3 times per week at the office but you will not see the boss in the office not even once... Big lack of professionalism in general even among colleagues, where people can easily make you feel unconfortable for being different in anything they may find not fitting their life style. Constant negative gossiping environment Obvious privileges for some employess only.
