Brief Job Overview
The (Sr). Manager, Industry Programs – Excipients develops and executes the global business strategy including marketing and operations for the program unit. The candidate co-leads a cross functional Program Unit Team working collaboratively with the Scientific Lead for Excipients. Together, the Program Unit co-leads will work to apply strategic marketing and scientific insights to reference standard and monograph development and other key products or services for excipients. The candidate has primary responsibility for bringing the customer voice and market understanding to drive impact, profit, and loss for the program, and will draw on resources from various functions across the organization to support the program strategy.
This is a non-supervisory, mid-management position responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive business and marketing plan that addresses all aspects of the marketing mix (price, product/service, promotion, and distribution/channel) which will drive maximum impact (revenue, gross profit, expenses, capital investments and public health) for Excipients.
