Senior Full Stack Web Developer (JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Location: Athens, Greece, with flexible remote or hybrid work options.
• Role: Senior JavaScript/TypeScript Engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Architect and implement high-performance web applications utilizing TypeScript, Node.js.and React.js
• AI Integration: Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Database Architecture: Design and optimize database schemas using Postgres, with Prisma as an Object-Relational Mapper (ORM).
• Caching: Implement and manage efficient data caching strategies using Redis.
• API Development: Build and maintain GraphQL APIs, ensuring high code quality through rigorous testing and performance tuning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and participate actively in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a comparable role, with deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and React.js.
• Database Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Postgres, and Redis.
• API Expertise: Proven experience in developing and maintaining APIs.
• Software Engineering Principles: Comprehensive understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to address complex technical issues.

Familiarity with the following is not required but will be considered a plus

• GraphQL: Apollo
• Postgres Node ORMs: Prisma ORM, Drizzle, et al
• AI Knowledge: LangChain, Llamaindex, OpenAI APIs
