Part- Time Payroll Assistant

10x Genomics is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Assistant to support their payroll team in ensuring accuracy with payroll processes in a high-growth company.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and math skills

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Payroll Specialist with payroll activities
Monitor payroll email for resolutions and responses
Assist with reviewing payroll information for promotions and new hires
Help confirm deductions are processed correctly
Assist with preparing prorated and retro pay calculations

Education

Associate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
