The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our enterprise and compliance strategy. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop existing and new products that deliver meaningful value to our enterprise customers.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Your success will depend on your ability to effectively collaborate and execute within the product strategy defined by the Senior Product Manager.   

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and our customers to understand their needs and pain points.
• Design and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.  
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new products and features  
• Formalize requirements and prepare PRDs (Product Requirements Documents).
• Lead the release of products/features and manage their life cycle.

Must Have Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in software product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or related field.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1 level or above).  
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems under tight deadlines.  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Experience working with remote teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecom background is preferred.
• Experience with SaaS or developer-focused products.  
• Having an MBA is a plus.
• Portuguese will be greatly regarded.
