The Senior Manager of MSP will spearhead the development and execution of a dynamic MSP strategy across the EMEA region, aimed at driving market expansion and revenue growth. This role is focused on building business relationships, forging strategic channel partnerships, and tailoring our MSP offerings to meet evolving market demands. The successful candidate will be key in seamlessly integrating EMEA MSP strategies into the global framework, enhancing our competitive edge and boosting our market presence.

This is a Remote opportunity within the UK.

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships management - related roles with proven experience in managing people and globally distributed teams. Preferred: 5+ years in an MSP leadership role supporting the EMEA region.
• Experience leading a distributed team across multiple regions in EMEA
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategies to successfully boost market penetration in the EMEA region. 
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to cultivate robust internal and external (partners, stakeholders, etc.) relationships
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing individuals
• Passionate about coaching, motivating, and mentoring team members to reach their full potential.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a talent for leveraging data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct deep market research and use insights to make data driven decisions and recommendations  
• Proven ability to plan, design, and implement training and support programs for partners 
• This role requires international travel of approximately 1-2 weeks per month.

• Strategy Development and Execution:
• Design and implement an overarching MSP strategy that aligns with both our regional and global business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue.

• Business Development:
• Drive the acquisition of new clients across EMEA and the expansion of existing client relationships through effective sales strategies and compelling value propositions.
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, potential MSP partners, industry partners, and stakeholders.

• Channel Partnership Management:
• Cultivate and manage channel partnerships and alliances that can enhance service delivery and expand reach.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions that meet client needs.

• Market Analysis and Alignment:
• Continuously analyze market trends and client feedback to adapt and refine our MSP offerings.
• Ensure that services are competitively priced and tailored to meet the specific demands of the EMEA market.

• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts in strategy implementation and service delivery.
• Drive project success through consistent high-quality work, proactive collaboration, clear goals & expectations, and creating a positive environment, motivating others to perform their best.

• Performance Metrics & Reporting: 
• Develop key performance indicators to measure the success of the MSP EMEA program, and Global strategy. Regularly review analytics and make data-driven decisions to enhance business outcomes.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior management on progress, insights, and strategic advice for expanding MSP business.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: 
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless integration of MSP strategies. Align initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive event strategies. 

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all MSP services and operations comply with relevant local, regional, and international regulations.
• Uphold high standards of service quality and reliability to maintain client satisfaction and trust.

• Innovation and Technology Implementation:
• Leverage the latest technological advancements to enhance service offerings and operational capabilities.
• Foster an environment of innovation to stay ahead of technological trends and competitor activities.

We believe in the power of remote work, but we also recognize that some in-person connection with team members and customers is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
