Inside Sales Representative - Realtor Sales

Targeted compensation:  $50,000 - $60,000 all in base plus commission at 100% target
Salary commensurate with experience and skill set

What is the role and where can you add value?

The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves prospecting for new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue


Core Job Responsibilities: 

  • Making multiple outbound calls to new or potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Working closely with field sales team to sell to clients
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Other duties as assigned that facilitate sales success

What skills and experience should you bring to this role?
  

  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sale experience, or related sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable making calls and talking to new people all day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed
  • Possesses and energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience 
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
