Solutions Engineer
Twilio is looking for a Communications Solutions Engineer to deliver technical wins and product fit to customers across EMEA. The role involves pre-sales activities and building trust with strategic accounts.
Skills
- Solid understanding and experience in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom space
- Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of voice protocols and messaging APIs
- Experience with writing code in various languages
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms and architectures
Responsibilities
- Work with Account Executives and other team members through the pre-sales process
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand their needs
- Build and present presentations and product demos showcasing Twilio's capabilities
- Support strategic Pilot and Proof-of-Concept implementations
- Develop subject matter expertise on customer needs and Twilio's technology
