POSITION SUMMARY
This position is to execute non-technical activities mostly linked with coordination, organization and data structure which needs high computer and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate within TCU Team to support competency building program
  • Coordinate with factories to get self-assessment completed
  • Organization of data related to competence building
  • Help to structure and maintain share point
Experience
Some experience preferred, but not required.

Skills
  • Self-starters who are result-oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
  • Excellent communicators (both written and verbal) who encourage others and excel in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast-paced, environment.
Areas of Study/Majors
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
