Job Description: Admin AssistantWe are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Assistant to join our client’s technology team. As a key support member. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office space and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team.Key Requirements:• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative and/or facilities support role• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and follow through• Strong written and verbal communication skills• A team-oriented individual with a positive demeanor• Excellent problem-solving abilities under challenging deadlines• Able to work independently with little supervision• Familiarity with iCal, Mail, Keynote, and other OS X based office systems is a plusResponsibilities:• Ordering and restocking office supplies to maintain an organized environment• Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and ensuring completion of task• Managing multiple conference room calendars• Providing daily onsite support• Coordinating catering requests for meetings/events• Onboarding new employees by providing necessary supplies/equipment/security compliance• Creating and managing purchase requisitions/orders.If you have a friendly work style, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
