Job DescriptionRemote, LA BasedLeading High End Fashion brand is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team.We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role involves collaborating with our internal creative, marketing, and site merchandising teams to create assets across digital, social, and paid channels, as well as marketing and event collateral. The Graphic Designer will work closely with various teams to execute the brand's creative vision, ensuring all design work aligns with brand standards and objectives. This role contributes to defining the brand's digital design aesthetic—from seasonal campaigns to product launches. Exceptional attention to detail, a sharp eye for visual design, and a strong understanding of brand guidelines are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities• Collaborate with design, copy, and marketing teams to support all marketing initiatives.• Create and utilize templates for both creative development and platform building, continually improving and expanding them.• Identify and evolve creative solutions to enhance site experiences, incorporating both brand direction and performance data.• Work closely with the creative team to transform concepts into visual executions that align with the brand and meet business needs.• Design a variety of digital and print assets, including campaign concepts, banner ads, print pieces, site assets, and social media content.• Manage projects from kickoff to completion, presenting work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final assets.• Improve the creative workflow process by finding efficiencies in template usage while maintaining creativity and delivering added value to the consumer.• Assist with creating and maintaining internal and external presentations and guides as needed.• Ensure all projects are delivered on time.• Stay current with the latest design trends.• Analyze and optimize creative work for performance and best practices.Who You Are• Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns.• 4+ years of relevant design experience (Figma experience is a plus).• Proficient in Adobe programs—Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.• Experience with site UX best practices (Shopify experience is a plus).• Strong conceptual thinker with a background in both digital and print design.• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a solid understanding of graphic/web design principles and current web technologies (HTML, CSS).• Strong communicator with the ability to prioritize and manage work while adhering to critical timelines.• Able to manage projects from start to finish, working autonomously while welcoming feedback and collaboration.• Resilient, comfortable, and confident with ambiguity and autonomy.• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.• Thorough and conscientious, demonstrating initiative and providing complete follow-through on responsibilities.• Nimble and capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.• A problem solver with an analytical and inquisitive mindset.• Detail-oriented, with the ability to consistently communicate and follow up on priorities.• A team player, able to work and collaborate effectively in a team environment.• A self-starter who proactively identifies areas needing improvement.
