Timing: August/SeptemberDuration: Ongoing full-time / contract-to-hireHours per week: 35-40Location: Onsite Tues/Wed/ThursPay rate: $22-25/hrSalary: $45-55K DOEOne of our nonprofit clients is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their internal creative/marketing team for an exciting new role reporting directly to the organization's Creative Director.This Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a range of assets for print, digital, social, etc. and collaborating with other members of the creative/marketing team.Ideal Graphic Designer candidates will have:- Fully proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities with incredible attention to detail.- Highly organized self-starter with proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Experience managing, prioritizing, and successfully completing projects within tight deadlines.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.- Ability to build relationships with internal team members across various departments and eager to help support/achieve their goals.- Understanding and appreciation of the organization's mission and role within the broader community.Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with marketing/creative leadership to concept, design, and deliver a range of design assets across print, digital. social, email, etc.- Refine and adapt existing creative assets and partner with marketing team to help design assets for various print and digital platforms.- Partner with the team's Traffic Manager and other internal stakeholders to review, refine, and deliver final design files in line with specs/requirements.- Confident presenter and able to present/sell design concepts to senior leaders for review/approval- Ability to take constructive feedback from internal stakeholders and make necessary revisions based on feedback/suggestions.- Able to collaborate with external vendors as needed for specific projects.- Utilize tools such as Asana, OneDrive, Outlook, etc. as necessary, to streamline project management and collaboration within the team's workflow.• Onsite 3 days/week (Tues/Wed/Thurs)• *Eligible for full benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, etc.
