SR UX Designer

Job Description: Senior UX DesignerWe are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our client’s team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the user experience design process from concept to delivery, ensuring optimal usability and visual appeal• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design• Mentor junior designers by providing guidance on design principles, processes, and tools• Promote a collaborative work environment by fostering open communication among team members• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing designs through usability testing and make iterative improvements based on feedbackRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience)• A minimum of X years of experience in UX/UI design or related roles• Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma• A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work that demonstrates your ability to solve complex UI/UX challenges• Solid understanding of information architecture principles• Experience conducting user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
