Influencer ManagerUnder the direction of the Social Media Director, this position will play a huge part in effective campaign direction of the Influencer Marketing, primarily focused on earned and organic gifting, as well as affiliate and supporting paid partnerships.RESPONSIBILITIESThe Influencer Manager will be responsible for earned gifting, affiliate and paid influencer programs.The role will work closely with internal team such as Creative, Ecommerce, Warehouse teams, etc.Manage our ongoing Influencer and Affiliate gifting listsPartner with creative team to get sign-off on content and pivot when necessaryAssist in influencer outreach & communications - from discovery to initial pitch to support requests – in order to seed new relationships and foster long-term collaborations across platformsFind and pitch new Influencers to work with, staying ahead of internal deadlines while finding a breadth of new talent for us to work withCoordinate influencer gifting process including gifting menu creation, product and sizing selection, order placements, and liaising with warehouse team to ensure timely delivery, in collaboration with our Social Media CoordinatorMonitor participating influencer's accounts to ensure follow-through in accordance with contract, source/tag UGC, and track influencer performance across identified KPIsMonitor the impact and report on the outcomes of gifting and paid effortsAssist the Social Media team in tasks as neededREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree, in Social Media, Communications or Marketing a plus2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media experience -fashion industry preferredMust have experience in researching and identifying influencers in fashion; negotiations in brand partnerships a plusA pro at looking for the right partners that align with our brand's values, target audience, and nicheKnowledge of placing P.O.s accurately and packaging gifted items with attention to detail and a personal touchKnowledge of backend for LTK, ShopMy or other affiliate programs preferred#J-18808-LjbffrOriginal job Influencer Marketing Manager posted on GrabJobs ©.
