Our client, a growing marketing and advertising agency, is looking to add a Digital Campaign candidate to their teamDigital Campaign Coordinator, Specialist or ManagerFull-Time Position / Direct hireIrvine, CA. Onsite FIVE daysAs part of the digital and analytics team, the Digital Campaign Coordinator, Specialist or Manager will manage and direct specific digital accounts executing on digital initiatives as well as working closely with accounts and new business on cultivating existing/past clients and working with the business development team to grow the company.Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Perform daily campaign management of pay per click accounts on GoogleAdWords, Bing, Yahoo, paid social platforms, and other platforms2. Campaign optimization with a focus on ROI maximization3. Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids4. Analysis and data insights to drive campaign effectiveness and campaign recommendations5. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals6. Support generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts.7. Aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives8. Generate reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, customer acquisition metrics, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives9. Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.10. Monitor and evaluate multi-channel attribution and allocation performance11. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate online ad copy, landing page creation, presentations12. Monitor competition to determine winning strategies and opportunities13. Advance our remarketing efforts14. Search and ad copy recommendation15. TBD Other as requestedEmployment Standards• College degree required. Concentration in marketing, business or communications preferred.• 3+ years experience working for an advertising agency or related marketing field.• Certified in Google Analytics, Adwords, Bing, Facebook Blueprint, etc. + other certifications will be required and highly recommended• Strong communication and relationship building skills; a proven track record in developing and retaining client relationships.• Ability to work with other departments and teams to achieve the company’s overall growth goals.• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, highly motivated and able to work well with many different industries.• Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
