Project Manager, Creative Operations (Core)

2K Games is seeking a Project Manager of Creative Operations for their Global Creative Studio team. The role involves managing budget, scope, timelines, and quality of marketing assets.

Skills

Proficiency in Project Management softwares (Workfront, AEM, Confluence)
Multitasking and working with colleagues/partners in multiple time zones
Working knowledge of Adobe design software and products
Attention to detail, quick learner, and ability to communicate up to C-suite level

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Creative Producers to manage budget, scope, timelines, and quality
Communicate project timeline risks and address roadblocks
Ensure process consistency, drive process improvement efforts, and share relevant project information
Liaise between internal cross-functional + external teams
Manage project accounting, contract maintenance, and project trackers
Implement standard best practices using project management tools

Education

BS / BA degree (or equivalent)
