Responsibilities

Serve as the Product Authority within the Core Games portfolio
Advocate for players' perspectives to develop fair engagement & monetization models
Lead the Product Management & Insights team
Collaborate on defining product & business strategy for franchises
Analyze player data to understand player motivations and behaviors
Work with Marketing and Commercial teams to drive engagement and conversion
