2nd Shift Folder Operator

Hours: 3:50 pm - 12:00 am; Monday - Friday

Job Summary

The Folder Operator works in the Printing Department, operating a machine that takes printed worksheets from the printing presses and folds them down to be run through the binding machines, The Folder Operator is responsible for maintaining the quality of the folded work produced; maintain/repairs machines as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience

Responsibilities

• Fold materials in order of priority.
• Load folder with printed sheets of paper.
• Check and adjust fold to maintain quality.
• Bundle folded worksheets and place on skid.
• Spray bundles to keep them flat.
• Move pallets to the staging area for the binder.
• Maintain and make minor repairs to folding machine.
• Maintain and clean work area.
