Senior Engineering Manager

Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for a sharp, highly driven and motivated Senior Engineering Leader to join the team at 32Co. 

This role will be an opportunity to manage and scale our Engineering team and ultimately help bring the latest advancements into the healthcare space to change real people’s lives everyday.  

What will you do?

•Leadership and strategy: Collaborate with the CEO, Product and Design in setting and driving product and technology strategy through the company’s next phases of growth

• Delivering the roadmap: Help define and implement the technical and product roadmap, balancing business needs and resources

• Team & Culture Development: Grow our existing Engineering team and continue to build a high ownership, high performance culture

• Process Improvement: Continue to improve our development and delivery processes, ensuring efficient, thoughtful and customer-centric building

• Documentation: Create documentation for architecture, design and coding decisions

• Special projects: Build on key stealth projects, particularly in the field of AI

What are we looking for: 

• Background in creating and managing high performing teams

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams with the desire to also remain hands on

• Always been considered a top performer; both as an individual contributor and manager

• Experience collaborating closely with Product and strategy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• To be based in the UK and able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday
