Senior Engagement Analyst
350.org is looking for a detailed-oriented analyst to distill fundraising and communications data into actionable insights for the Public Engagement Department. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, organized, and have great analytical skills.
Skills
- Proficient in Google Suite, Meltwater, Salesforce, Falcon, Slack, Zoom or similar systems
- Data gathering, analysis, and reporting skills
- Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, program planning, and management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Public Engagement Planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning (PMEL) and narrative reports
- Regular data analysis, trend spotting and sharing insights with the department
- Training and skills development of team members for better metrics tracking and evaluation
- Project management of the dashboard creation process
- Coordinate PMEL, annual report, and fundraising information gathering processes
Education
- Professional experience in an international and/or multicultural environment
- Competencies and skills related to racial justice and equity
