We are looking for a VP of Software Engineering to lead and inspire our software engineering teams. In this role, you will guide the development of innovative SaaS products, mentor and support engineers and leaders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

The candidates need to be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone for this position.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust software applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Support and mentor engineering teams, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and succeed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align technology solutions with business and market needs.
• Ensure that projects are managed effectively, with a focus on strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
• Apply regulatory policies and standards to ensure compliance across the organization.
• Promote collaboration, emotional intelligence, and teamwork within the engineering team.
• Utilize AI and cutting-edge technologies (Cloud Computing, DevOps, Micro Services, etc.) to enhance our proprietary software solutions.
• Monitor the success of technology strategies, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the technology team.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and drive innovation within the organization.

• Over seven years of experience in an engineering leadership role within a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong background in software development, architecture, and project management.
• Proven success in developing and executing technology strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across different time zones.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the software industry.
• A passion for staying ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI and modern technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Currently located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
