Web Chat Associate

Job Description:We are looking for a Web Chat Associate to join our team at 3M in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time Associate level position, you will be responsible for managing web chats with customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with troubleshooting- Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize planning and analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the web chat process- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all communication with customers- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and effective manner- Assist with other tasks or projects as needed by the teamRequirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role- Energetic and dedicated personality traits- Strong planning and analysis skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:- Parental leave- Life insurance- Free accommodationWorking Environment:At 3M, we prioritize employee well-being through health and wellness initiatives.
