Unlock your potential and cultivate success at our state of the art cultivation facility, where your skills will flourish and your impact will shape the future of our industry.Position Summary• The Integrated Pest Management Associate is part of the Cultivation Department, providing oversight to all the plants within the facility. They are responsible for ensuring all plants do not become susceptible to pests and pathogens in the grow rooms. Priorities include partnering with the IPM Manager and Cultivation Team to ensure all facility areas are properly maintained to meet compliance standards.Postion Roles And Responsibilities• Assist with daily inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease, or other undesired conditions• Follow proper plant pruning, moving, trellising harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing processes and protocols according to company guidelines• Perform all day-to-day plant routine maintenance throughout the growth, harvesting and cure stages• Conduct routine cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and tidy work area• Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department and company division maintain success• Regularly update logs pertinent to job scopePOSITION SCHEDULE• 4 days a week, 10 hour shift, includes 1 weekend day• Full time positionCompensation• $17- $19, Non-Exempt (Hourly)• Paid on a bi-weekly basisQualifications• Horticulture and/or Agriculture Experience, 1+ years (preferred)• Production/Manufacturing Experience, 1+ years (preferred)• Cannabis Industry Experience (preferred)• Basic Math, Organizational, and Computer Skills• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted• Active and valid government issued photo identification• 21 years of age or older• High School Diploma or GED• Ability to obtain and maintain Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire) in accordance with State law.• Required to successfully complete and pass the following timed tests: Applicator General Standards Exam (pass within 60 days), Pesticide Application for Fruits/Vegetables (pass within 90 days). Employees will be required to stand for extended periods and may need to climb ladders or operate equipment. The warehouse/ facility environment may be subject to hot and cold temperatures, and ventilation may not be available in all areas. The warehouse environment may be subject to elevated noise volumes due to equipment, machinery, and the movement of goods. The warehouse/ facility may be subject to dirt, dust, cleaning solutions, chemicals, and debris from the handling of goods. The warehouse/ facility may have safety hazards such as slippery floors, moving equipment, and the presence of hazardous materials.
