RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sets up and runs all machines
Sets up and runs line equipment.
Performs machine change over
Completes paper work, traceability, scrap, first piece inspection,
Provides training to employees.
Performs required machine preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoots equipment machine and process i.e. Chemical, routings, blueprint problems
Use computer for production related functions
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Lean Certified Preferred
One or more years manufacturing experience
Equipment such as gages, calipers, indicators, scales, and tape measures
Ability to use computer
Understand basic math principles
Ability to read and understand basic statistical process control principles
Ability to read and understand a blueprint
Mechanical ability preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds from a squat level lift from the floor to the waist, a shoulder level lift to 60 inches at 35 pounds, a horizontal lift and carry for 10 feet, lift up to 50 pounds with the assistance of another employee.
