Sr. Professional Services Operations Manager
6sense is looking for a Senior Professional Services Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the PS team, develop and standardize processes, ensure quality standards, and lead strategic initiatives to improve customer onboarding and adoption.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PS team
- Develop and standardize PS processes
- Identify process enhancements and implement best practices
- Establish and enforce quality standards for all PS deliverables
- Lead strategic initiatives and programs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
- Assist with resource allocation and budget management
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
